Happy Monday! Here is my workout schedule this week! Its all about abs this week!

Monday- Happy Labor Day! I'm taking it easy today! Light stretching in the morning and Blogilates' abs on fire video! Click HERE!
Tuesday- Lets run off those Labor Day goodies! 5K run (3.1 miles). LETS GO!
Wednesday- Its supposed to be gorgeous out today. 10 mile bike ride. Ohhhh yea.
Thursday- Switching it up a little this week and doing a 1 hour hot yoga class. My sore muscles need it :<
Friday- I've been craving a HOT Hip Hop class and I know a fabulous spot in Oakland. Checking out a dance class?! Tag me and let me know about it! @MissDanetha
Saturday- You know I love me some Blogilates. Today's going to be a long day at the America's Cup races, so I'll do a quickie HIIT workout in the morning. Click HERE for the video.
Sunday- Join me for dance class at Hipline in Oakland at 9:45! Don't live in Oakland? Find a dance class in your area to get your groove (and fitness!) on!
