Hiking is a Great Workout!

Happy Monday! I hope you had a fabulously relaxing and productive weekend.

I'm working up to Daily HIIT's challenge this week and going full force next week. Wanna join? Visit their site, HERE. Lets get to weeerk on that bod! 

 Monday- I'm in Arizona visiting my family! :) Starting off the week with some light stretching and a short morning hike in beautiful Tempe, home of Arizona State University.

Tuesday- Rest Day. I'll be traveling most of the day, so I'm taking the day off. Feel free to switch around your rest days.

Wednesday-  After a week of eating out and being slightly off schedule, I'm ready to hit my workout HARD today. 3 mile run and an ab blaster circuit below (do 3x).

20 Jumping Jacks

20 High Knees

20 crunches

40 Russian Twists

30 Mountain Climbers

10 Burpees

1 minute planks (one minute on each side, then one minute with feet together)

Repeat 3x with 1 minute rest in between.

Thursday- After that rough workout yesterday, let's take a day to stretch our muscles and do some yoga.

Friday- Time for Zumba! Yay for Dance class. IG a pic of you in dance class and tag me @missdanetha!

Saturday- I'm excited to try this new HIIT routine for a sexy booty!! Click HERE to try it out with me!

Gotta Love Circuit Training

Happy Monday! I hope you had a fantastic weekend! I was able to take my first Congolese dance class with LIVE drums...it was Amazing!!

Lets put that bod to weeerk! 

 Monday- Starting off the week with some light stretching and a ZUMBA class. If you take a class be sure to tag me on IG @missdanetha. Wooo!

Tuesday- Join me for dance class at Hipline in Oakland. NEW time of 8:30a! Be sure to RSVP.  Don't live in Oakland? Find a dance class in your area to get your groove (and fitness!) on! 

Wednesday-  I'm leeeaving on a jetplane! Rest Day!

Thursday- 5K run with a killer ab workout with my girl, Blogilates. Click HERE

Friday- HIIT workout with Fitness Blender. This workout is a fab total body sweat session. Click HERE.

Saturday- Circuit training. I'll probably do a 1 mi jog first then get to weeerk!

Workout Schedule September 2-8

Happy Monday! Here is my workout schedule this week! Its all about abs this week!

 Monday- Happy Labor Day! I'm taking it easy today! Light stretching in the morning and Blogilates' abs on fire video! Click HERE

Tuesday- Lets run off those Labor Day goodies! 5K run (3.1 miles). LETS GO!

Wednesday-  Its supposed to be gorgeous out today. 10 mile bike ride. Ohhhh yea.

Thursday- Switching it up a little this week and doing a 1 hour hot yoga class. My sore muscles need it :<

Friday- I've been craving a HOT Hip Hop class and I know a fabulous spot in Oakland. Checking out a dance class?! Tag me and let me know about it! @MissDanetha

Saturday- You know I love me some Blogilates. Today's going to be a long day at the America's Cup races, so I'll do a quickie HIIT workout in the morning. Click HERE for the video.

Workout Schedule August 12-18

Happy Monday! Here is my workout schedule this week!

 Monday- 3.5 Mile Run. I use the Runkeeper app to track my time and goals! Bonus 10 minute abs workout from Blogilates!

Tuesday- Join me for dance class at Hipline in Oakland at 9:45a! Voted best dance fitness for all levels by East Bay Express. WOOO HOOO! Click HERE for the story! Don't live in Oakland? Find a dance class in your area to get your groove (and fitness!) on!

Wednesday- Usually today is HIIT day, but I'll be on a short vacation! It'll be in the mountains, so I'll post pics of hike :) If you want to do a HIIT workout, click HERE for a 30 minute workout. 

Thursday- My Day OFF and I'm on VACA! You know what that means- HAPPY HOUR!!

Friday- 4 mile run. YAY!

Saturday- Go outside! I'm going to do a 10 mile hilly bike ride. I'll post my route later. Ohhhhh yea.
