5 Reasons to Eat Beets

I wouldn't say I'm a "beets" person. To be perfectly honest, their whole look kinda freaks me out. But, I kept hearing how amazing they were from all these nutritionists so I decided to do a little research. And come to find out, they are incredible! I have yet to try whipping them up in the kitchen, but after I became a spokesmodel for Suja Juice I've started drinking their Purify drink to get some beets in my life.
