1/2 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries3 tablespoons of Kefir (I love the Pomegranate flavor)1 banana1 cup of Kale1 tablespoon of Chia seeds1/2 cup of juice (I used Mango Passionfruit)
- Pour chia seeds into blender with 2 teaspoons of water. Let sit until it becomes gelatinous.
- Combine rest of ingredients in blender.
- Blend until smooth.
