Because it's Cool to Wear Bikinis in September

Happy Monday! Did you hear about my announcement?!!

I'm competing in Miss Fitness America's Bikini competition in Las Vegas this November. WOOO HOOO! And I'm sooo excited to be working alongside the fabulous trainer, Ashly Kristine to get my abs and bod in tip top shape. Follow her on Facebook HERE!

Below are my workouts with Ashly and the ones I do alone. Feel free to follow along! MUAH!

 Monday- I'm really enjoying easing into my Monday, so lets do some light stretching and this killer ab workout with former Miss Bikini America, Lori Harder! Click HERE!

Tuesday- Join me for dance class at Hipline in Oakland. NEW time of 8:30a! Don't live in Oakland? Find a dance class in your area to get your groove (and fitness!) on! 

Wednesday-And my first ab blasting circuit workout with Ashly is today! YAY!

30 sec jog in place
20 Front Punchs ( 20 Right, 20 Left)
20 Front Punch Burn out (1 Right, 1 Left)
20 Side Punch ( Right arm cross over body punching in left direction,
Left arm crossing over body punching to right
direction) (20 Right, 20 Left)
20 Side Punch Burn out (1 to Right, 1 to Left)
20 Upper Cuts ( 20 Right, 20 Left)
20 Upper Cuts Burn out ( 1 Right, 1 Left)
Repeat ^ once more before moving to next section... 30 sec jog in place....

30 sec Jumping Jacks
10 front kicks (1 Right, 1 Left)
10 back kicks (1 Right, 1 Left)
Repeat ^ once more before moving to next section.. 30 sec Jumping Jacks

30 sec High Knees
20 crunches
20 cross crunch ( 20 Right foot on Left Knee, 20 Left foot on Right knee)
Repeat ^ once more before moving to next section.. 30 sec High Knees

Thursday- Rest Day!

Friday- Another fabulous workout day with Ashly. Here is the workout below! Ab blasting circuit...lets go!

20 Jumping Jacks

20 High Knees

5 Burpees

20 Crunches

40 Russian twists

30 sec side planks (each side)

30 sec straight plank with feet together

20 Bicycles (each side)

30 Mt. climbers..... Time to reverse.....

20 Bicycles (each side)

30 sec straight plank with feet together

30 sec side planks (each side)

40 Russian twists

20 Crunches

5 Burps

20 High Knees

20 Jumping Jacks
