Gotta Love Circuit Training

Happy Monday! I hope you had a fantastic weekend! I was able to take my first Congolese dance class with LIVE drums...it was Amazing!!

Lets put that bod to weeerk! 

 Monday- Starting off the week with some light stretching and a ZUMBA class. If you take a class be sure to tag me on IG @missdanetha. Wooo!

Tuesday- Join me for dance class at Hipline in Oakland. NEW time of 8:30a! Be sure to RSVP.  Don't live in Oakland? Find a dance class in your area to get your groove (and fitness!) on! 

Wednesday-  I'm leeeaving on a jetplane! Rest Day!

Thursday- 5K run with a killer ab workout with my girl, Blogilates. Click HERE

Friday- HIIT workout with Fitness Blender. This workout is a fab total body sweat session. Click HERE.

Saturday- Circuit training. I'll probably do a 1 mi jog first then get to weeerk!

20 Jumping Jacks

20 High Knees

5 Burpees

20 Crunches

40 Russian twists

30 sec side planks (each side)

30 sec straight plank with feet together

20 Bicycles (each side)

30 Mt. climbers..... Time to reverse.....

20 Bicycles (each side)

30 sec straight plank with feet together

30 sec side planks (each side)

40 Russian twists

20 Crunches

5 Burps

20 High Knees

20 Jumping Jacks

Sunday- Sadly, I won't be teaching this weekend because I'll be out of town. But, I'm either going to find a dance or yoga class or play outside!
