Tuesday- Full Body Focus. Wake up and do 20 half cobra pushups

Wednesday- Cardio Crazy. Wake up and do 20 criss crosses.

Thursday- Full Body Focus. Wake up and do 10 roll ups.

 

 

Friday- Cardio Crazy. Wake up and do 10 alternating lunge to front kicks.

Saturday- YOU choose! Tweet me and let me know what you do!

Sunday- Rest Day.
