Wednesday- Don't let the title fool ya!
Thursday- Fierce Cardio and Ab Circuit Training
Friday- Kick it into Gear!
Saturday- You CHOOSE! You can do the Yoga Meltdown or pick an activity that gets you excited! Only requirement is that you HAVE to sweat.
Sunday- Rest Day.
