Monday- Lets start off the week with some Yoga. Where do you do yoga? I'm really digging the classes at Namaste Yoga on Lakeshore in Oakland. They have 7 classes to choose from today! If you're new to the studio, they have a great 3 classes for $30 deal. Click HERE to sign up!

Wednesday- 30 minutes of circuit training. Ask your gym for a schedule. If you're in Oakland, I love going to FLEX gym on Piedmont Ave. New to the gym? You can try their spot for FREE for 7 days!
