Happy Monday! OMG, I can't wait to tell you about this new exciting challenge I'm starting. Annnnddd I'll be throwing events all along the way so you can be a part of the journey, and hopefully, it inspires you to challenge yourself.
But, in the meantime...here is my workout schedule this week!

Monday- I'm really enjoying easing into my Monday, so lets do some light stretching and this killer ab workout with Blogilates! Click HERE! Bonus, I'm subbing class today at Hipline! Join me at 8:15p-WOOO HOOO!
Tuesday- Join me for dance class at Hipline in Oakland. NEW time of 8:30a! Don't live in Oakland? Find a dance class in your area to get your groove (and fitness!) on! Can't make it at 8:30a, I'll be subbing the 7:15p class too. Ohhhh yea.
Wednesday- Let's do a quickie 5K this morning. Oakland loves, I'll be running around Lake Merritt. If you do a run today, be sure to let me know about it on instagram! @missdanetha.
Thursday- I'm taking today OFF because tomorrow will be killa!
Friday- Doing yoga in the morning. THEN, I'll be announcing my new challenge. Get excited!
Saturday- Lets do a quickie HIIT workout in the morning before the America's Cup races. Click HERE for the video.
