Wednesday- I'm working out today with a trainer. Can't wait to share my workout with you!Hopefully she doesn't kill me ;)
Thursday- We haven't gone on a run yet this week :( Let's do a 5K. Going on a run, too? Insta a pic of your route and tag meeee! @missdanetha
Friday- Doing yoga in the morning. THEN, I'll be announcing my new challenge. Get excited! I promise ;) Followed by bikini abs with our fave girl from Blogilates ;) Click HERE!
