Happy Monday! I've found that although I'm good about getting my workouts in, I'll be even more consistent if I actually schedule them out.

Monday- 3.5 Mile Run. I use the Runkeeper app to track my time and goals!

Wednesday- Its HIIT Day! This 45 minute video is a killllaaa! HIIT workout
Thursday- My Day OFF! You know what that means- HAPPY HOUR!!
Friday-5 mile run. YAY!
Saturday- I can't go a week without my girl from Blogilates. Lets do her Bikini Kickoff Workout today!
